Mike: So what was the reason for the rush back?
Jesse: -Standing against the counter in the kitchen as he looks at the entire Board of Directors- Let me just say that I am glad that we were able to get a hold of the entire Board of Directors so fast.
Celine, Rene, Sam and Quinn: -Teleconferencing-
Sam: Glad I can come via the phone.
Rene: Of course.
Aldo: Now, we are wondering what your proposal is.
Jesse: Uhm, we were wondering if maybe we could create a new panel. Me and Rachel were talking and we realized we do not have enough members as well all know but we also realized we have great talent at school.
Celine: Sorry school?
Rachel: In Lima, Celine. We are talking about at Dalton-McKinley.
Rene: Of course.
Rachel: So we were wondering first if we can all agree that we should create first, a casting committee reserved for casting.
Celine: And what would this board do?
Rachel: They could concentrate on travelling around, getting talent, holding auditions. I mean, the more people the better right?
Celine: Dancers or singers?
Jesse: Originally, we just said dancers but now back up vocals work but just for the beat. The words will still be sung by the main cast.
Rachel: They can of course sing back up as well.
Celine: Good idea. But why do you need so many?
Jesse: To let them take a break every once and a while, rotate and have more people to make the show longer. I want a long show if we can do it.
Celine: People might stay through it all, I have seen people do very long shows and they stay as long as you are entertaining.
Jesse: -Smiles- So, we want to go back to Lima and do some casting. First we want to make sure it is okay with you. Will is already okay with it and he just wants to know when.
Blaine: Would Dalton Alumni be allowed?
Jesse: The audition schedule would be students, alumni and then general public. The audition process however will be long.
Celine: How long?
Jesse: 3 rounds. Main round would be maybe the younger members of the board, less senior so like Marley and Ryder and then we could go up the chain all the way to me, Rachel, Celine and Rene. Either that or we just have a panel of 13 to go audition..
Blaine: 13?
Jesse: Covers more time faster, also, that way we can do dancing, singing and combined at the same time and have other panels narrow the crowd down before bringing them here to Las Vegas.
Celine: Great way to do it. I like it.
Jesse: Okay, so can we maybe decide who would be on the main panel which travels?
Celine: Who would that be?
Rachel: That would be me, Jesse, Mercedes, Mike, Carmen, Sebastian, Amanda, Santana, Jeff, Skylar, Kurt and Blaine.
Jesse: Of coursse, they would be given divisions.
Blaine: How?
