Chapter 62.1

After talking in private with Sam as Sebastian comes back:
Sebastian: -Comes to take a seat, grabbing his notebook- Okay.
Celine: Everything good?
Sebastian: It's better. -Smiles-
Sam: -Smiles as he goes to sit next to Blaine and chuckles-
Celine: Okay, now to call this meeting to order. I want to turn this order to the Chair of the Board, Mr. Aldo Giampaolo.
Aldo: Thank you Celine. Okay. Now before we continue, I am going to need all your names to remember.
Rachel: Okay. So here we go. -Points to each one of her friends as they go around the room- First this is one of your Deputy Co-Chairs, Jesse, then there is Sam, Kurt, Blaine, Ryder, Marley, Jeff, David, Skylar, Sebastian, Carmen and Mercedes.
Carmen: Glad to be here Rachel.

Aldo: Yes, you are a NYADA staff aren't you?
Carmen: Former, I have come here now.
Rachel: -Smiles- Carmen will serve as a mentor to me and my castmates. I mean, if that is okay with you guys.
Sam: I am good with it. I mean, there is always room for more members on the team.
Carmen: Yes, speaking of which, my dancers are all ready to work Rachel. Just need to get moves.
Rachel: Perfect but they will report to Mercedes. I would like to first say who I want to take charge of each sector. We want to be involved with a lot of the decisions because it is really out story if you don't mind.

Aldo: Of course.
Rachel: Okay, so we have decided to make Mercedes a choreographer and the choreographers' representative on the board, uhm, we want to ask you Blaine, Kurt, Skylar, David, Jeff and Sebastian to co-ordinate with each other on the Warblers.
Sebastian: Uhm, can I just ask to be a little more on the downside. Listen, I don't mind having a role on making decisions involving the Warbler songs but I have a family as well. I would like to have that time too. I have a daughter.
Sam: As do I so I would like to have time at home as well. Well, more time at home.
Celine; That is a good point. Maybe you can just come to the meetings and have input but work part-time when you have free time and there is practice?
Sam: Of course, I like that idea.
Celine: Perfect then it is decided that Blaine, Kurt, Skylar, David and Jeff will be full-time leaders in the Warbler division and Sebastian will be part-time. Uhm, Sam would also be part-time in New Directions Division?
Ryder: I can take a full-time position if you want. Me and Marley are going to be available right?
Rachel: You know what, I like that idea. Have maybe a bigger age gap to lead that team.
Marley: -Smles-
Celine: Okay, then Marley and Ryder will join the New Directions team full-time. Uhm, then Sam, you can be part-time as well as you Rachel.

Carmen: I can probably lead both groups if you wanted me to Celine.
